These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PHDream, operated by Pilipinas Gaming Technologies Corp. (“PHDream,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company based at 271 Osmeña, Tondo, Manila City, Metro Manila, Philippines, operating under a license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing a wager on PHDream, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms published on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register for or use PHDream.
Eligibility
To use PHDream, you must:
- Be at least twenty-one (21) years old, the minimum legal age for participation in online gaming activities regulated by PAGCOR.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
- Not be located in, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
- Not be a person barred from gaming activities under any self-exclusion program, court order, or regulatory restriction.
PHDream reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, including before processing a withdrawal, and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be verified.
Account Registration and Security
- Each player is permitted only one (1) account. Duplicate accounts linked to the same person, IP address, bank card, e-wallet, or mobile number will be flagged, and associated bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and keep your account details up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any linked payment credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as authorized by you.
- Notify our support team immediately through Live Chat, Phone, or Email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
- Deposits and withdrawals may be made through supported payment methods, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Bank Transfer, and Cryptocurrency, each subject to its own minimum and maximum limits as published on the platform.
- It is mandatory to link a valid, verifiable payment method to your account. If your linked bank card or e-wallet details are altered prior to your first withdrawal, PHDream reserves the right to withhold or confiscate any related winnings pending verification.
- Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method and account details used for deposit, in line with standard anti–money laundering practice.
- PHDream reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where fraud, account abuse, or a breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected, pending investigation.
Bonuses and Promotions
PHDream offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including deposit bonuses, cashback, referral rewards, and VIP benefits, each governed by its own specific mechanics and terms published on our Promotions page. The following general rules apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:
- Each player may claim a given promotion only once. Where our systems detect repeated claims linked to the same IP address, bank card, or mobile number, the associated bonus and any resulting winnings may be forfeited.
- Unless otherwise specified, turnover requirements are calculated as: (Cash In + Bonus) × Turnover Requirement. Withdrawals are only permitted once the applicable turnover has been completed.
- Bonus funds may be restricted to specific game categories (for example, Slot and Fishing games only). Wagering a bonus on an excluded game category may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
- PHDream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at its discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Create or operate more than one account.
- Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.

- Exploit software bugs, payment errors, or promotional loopholes rather than reporting them to support.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
Game Fairness
All games available on PHDream are supplied by licensed, third-party game providers and operate on certified, provably fair mechanics. PHDream does not control individual game outcomes, which are determined by independently audited random number generation systems maintained by each provider.

Limitation of Liability
PHDream provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PHDream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Account Suspension and Termination
PHDream reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, without prior notice, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, where fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected, or where required by PAGCOR or applicable law. Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, PHDream reserves the right to withhold any associated bonus funds or related winnings pending investigation.
Amendments to These Terms
PHDream may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, promotions, or legal and regulatory requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of PHDream shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and regulatory bodies of the Philippines, including PAGCOR where applicable.
