Responsible Gaming

PHDream promotes responsible gaming — set limits, know the warning signs, and access self-exclusion tools plus PAGCOR's 24/7 problem gambling helpline.

Gaming should stay fun — and keeping it that way is on us as much as it is on you. PHDream is built for players who want a good spin, a fair shot, and an experience that stays enjoyable from the first login to the last. This page is here to help you play in a way that stays healthy, informed, and in your control.

Our Commitment

As a platform operating under a license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), PHDream follows PAGCOR’s responsible gaming standards, including player protection measures, self-exclusion options, and support pathways for anyone who needs them. We see responsible gaming not as a formality, but as part of how we’re accountable to the players who trust us.

Play Smart: A Few Ground Rules

Before you spin, a few habits worth keeping in mind:

  • Set a budget before you play, and treat it as money for entertainment, not income.
  • Set a time limit for each session, and step away once you hit it, win or lose.
  • Never chase your losses. A losing streak isn’t a signal to bet more to “win it back.”
  • Don’t play when stressed, upset, or under the influence. Decisions made in those moments are rarely the ones you’d make with a clear head.
  • Balance gaming with the rest of your life. It should fit around your responsibilities, relationships, and rest — not replace them.

Signs It Might Be Taking More Than It’s Giving

Gambling can start to become a problem gradually, and it’s not always obvious from the inside. Some signs worth paying attention to, in yourself or someone you care about:

  • Spending more time or money on gaming than intended, more often than not
  • Borrowing money, selling belongings, or using funds meant for bills or essentials to keep playing
  • Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when trying to cut back or stop
  • Lying to family or friends about how much time or money is spent gaming
  • Chasing losses with bigger bets to try to break even
  • Gaming affecting your work, sleep, relationships, or mental health

If any of this sounds familiar, it doesn’t mean something is wrong with you — it means it’s a good time to pause and use one of the tools below, or talk to someone.

Tools to Help You Stay in Control

  • Deposit and Spending Awareness. Decide on a budget before you deposit, and track it as you play rather than after.
  • Session Reminders. Use your own alarms or app timers to keep sessions within the length you planned.
  • Self-Exclusion. If you need a break, longer or shorter, you can request self-exclusion from your PHDream account through our support team. In line with PAGCOR’s self-exclusion framework, exclusion periods can be arranged for six (6) months, one (1) year, or five (5) years — note that the first six-month exclusion period, once activated, cannot be reversed early.
  • Underage Protection. PHDream is strictly for players 21 years old and above, the minimum legal gaming age set by PAGCOR. We take reasonable steps to verify age and identity, and we do not knowingly allow minors to register or play.

To activate self-exclusion or any of the above, contact our support team through Live Chat, Phone, or Email — available 24/7.

Getting Help

If gaming has started to feel like it’s costing you more than it’s giving, whether that’s your time, your money, or your peace of mind, you don’t have to sort it out alone.

PAGCOR National Problem Gambling Helpline (NPGH)

A free, confidential, 24/7 hotline operated in partnership with the Seagulls Flock Organization Inc. (SFO), connecting callers with trained para-counsellors and mental health professionals for support, guidance, and referrals.

A Note to Family and Friends

If someone you care about is showing signs of a gambling problem, your support matters. Approaching the conversation with concern rather than judgment, and pointing them toward the NPGH helpline or PHDream support, can make it easier for them to take the first step.
